Stop Running on Empty

Have you ever run out of gas? It is not a pleasant experience being stuck on the side of the road or worse, stuck in the intersection. You maybe didn’t realize that you were running on empty, and it was too late when you did. This is a lot like everyday life. You get caught up in your daily responsibilities and routine and everything else takes precedence over your basic needs. You begin to run on fumes, and this becomes your norm. There’s just not enough of me to go around or enough time in the day. Then one day you just run out of gas.

While chasing your dreams somewhere along your journey, life finds you. Maybe you fall in love, have a family, your carrier or carriers become established, and life happens. You get sucked up in the rat race and sometimes you come in last place. Sound familiar?
What can you do? It is what it is. You have accepted that always running on empty is the way its always going to be. That was me a few years back and since then I have discovered a new way to better align my life and fill my empty tank. It’s called Life Calibration.

View the Life Calibration as the dashboard to your life’s journey. All that we experience and learn in life is the manual, the book, the story, of You. Under each life area are the life aspects that make up our life’s experience. Your journey’s story is being written day to day throughout the course of your life span. This is a practical life framework to map out your road trip. The Life Calibration is your dashboard, your navigation tool that guides you on the stormy days, it is a device to use and to continually refer too. You are the one at the wheel. What are your gauges telling you? Adjust your life dial knobs and watch your gauges. Adjustments will need to be made depending on the road conditions. Let’s dial it in!
